Breakfast is served in the spacious and elegant Moskovsky room with large panoramic windows that provide natural light and a magnificent view of Red Square and the Moscow Kremlin.

You will find a wide selection of fresh fruits and berries, salads, omelettes to order, meat and fish snacks, a variety of cereals and muesli, jams, cheese, yoghourt, pancakes and fresh pastries. Drinks include mineral water, natural fruit juices, ground filtered coffee and tea. Still, what makes breakfast truly luxurious is the sparkling wine served.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 am until 11:00 am on weekdays and from 7:00 am until 12:00 pm on weekends.

Alexandrovsky bar is popular among the business elite, because of the pleasant atmosphere of its winter garden, Alexandrovsky is ideal for business and private meetings. You can choose from a wide range of spirits and treat yourself to original homemade cakes. The menu offers traditional Russian and European cuisine, as well as light snacks recommended by the chef.

Beluga is a traditional Russian restaurant with national delicacies and caviar. Alexander Rappoport, the famous restaurateur and innovator, gets a new angle on the theme of Russian cuisine. Beluga has perhaps the most luxurious caviar brasserie in the world. There are dozens of different types of caviar, served both as the esthetic tasting sets, and as the nostalgic sandwiches with butter.  The interior designer Anastasia Panibrasova was inspired by the image of a Russian beauty, the princess Swan from the fairy tale of Tsar Saltan, depicted on the canvas of Mikhail Vrubel.

This restaurant is to prove that Russian cuisine can be modern and that this cafe following a purely Russian traditional concept appears to be surprisingly fashionable and stylish. Just in weeks Dr. Zhivago became extremely popular not only with tourists but also with locals: a reservation is required at least a week in advance.

Restaurateur Alexander Rappoport, the creator of this new successful spot on the gastronomic map of Moscow, has chosen the ground floor of the legendary National for its location. It came as no surprise that this corner of Mokhovaya and Tverskaya streets has been chosen for the restaurant‘s location, since the restaurant is just a short walk from Red Square and is surrounded by top hotels such as Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and Metropol. Where else would foreigners enjoy the cultural experience of Russian cuisine sitting at the window with a splendid view of the Kremlin, perceiving Russian culture? However, Mr. Rappoport has gone further than simply continuing the tradition. Just another Russian restaurant is not his intention. He has created an amazingly beautiful place, where art objects are organically woven into modern interiors, mixed with noticeable, yet unobtrusive decorative elements, referring to the Soviet era. The snowy white hall of the restaurant welcomes guests with the paintings of the most prominent Soviet artists such as Malevich and Petrov-Vodkin, and the legendary Ruby Star crowns the gold ceiling.

However, the food has nothing to do with the limits and modesty of the Soviet times. On the contrary, every guest can feel the breath of luxury and depth of historical traditions. Grand Cafe Dr. Zhivago is a place with Russian cuisine as a big part of the national culture.
